To manually set the Username and password for the newly added employees, please go to the 'Workplace' module and click the name of the employee you have just added, or click Add employee button to add the employee from scratch.
Edit the profile of the employee by clicking the Edit button (As appearing in the screenshot below), and scroll down to the section where it says "Manual Activation Credentials"
Setup the Username and the password, then press Save from the bottom right corner of the window.
Note: The password must contain 6 or more than 6 characters and it must not be sequential and should contain the special characters.
Behavior: Manually activated employees appear as "Unconfirmed" since they have not ever confirmed their email address.
