1. The Shift trade initiator is Crossing the Weekly Overtime Limit.

In this case the shift trade initiator will not see any potential acceptor.

2. The Shift Trade Initiator is crossing daily overtime limit.

In this case the Shift trade initiator will receive the error as shown below.

3. The Shift trade acceptor is crossing the Weekly Overtime limit.

In this case the trade initiator will see the potential acceptors in the list of potential acceptors, but will get an error upon making an attempt to save the shift trade request.

4.The Shift Trade acceptor is crossing Daily overtime.

In this case, that particular shift will not appear under the list of potential acceptor.

5. Potential acceptor is on leave (But still have a shift on that day)

Will get the error as shown below.

6. Shift Trade Initiator is on leave(But still have a shift on that day)

Will get the error as shown below.

7. Shift Initiator is set to be unavailable.

Will get the error as shown below.

8. Shift Trade acceptor is set to be unavailable.

Will get the error as shown below.

 9. Accepting the shift will put the Shift Trade acceptor on Overtime.

Will get the error as shown below.

10. The Potential acceptor is already scheduled that day thus can not take the shift from the Initiator.

Will get the error as shown below.

Shift Trade initiator is already scheduled that day, thus can not take the shift in return.

In this case the trade initiator will not see any shift in the list of potential acceptors.

Note: These errors will only appear if the Manager of the account has set his account to not allow the Shift Trades which may cause conflicts. The managers can change the settings for 'Shift Trade feature' from by clicking 'Settings' from the left bottom of the page and then select 'Schedule' from the list.
