The 'Crib sheet' report lists all the scheduled shifts along with the maximum available details.

Note: Crib Sheet report automatically deducts the unpaid break times from the 'Total hours' worked by an employee.

This report categorizes and places the data into the following columns:

  • Employee
  • Position
  • Title
  • Shift Start/End time/Date
  • Break period (paid/unpaid)
  • Initials

Initials: The crib sheet report offers you an empty column known as 'Initials' to manually input the remarks/signatures onto the printed reports.

You can use the available filters from the top bar and sort the report by the following: (Date/Employees/Locations and Positions)

You can also Export the report in (CSV/PDF/Excel) format by clicking the 'Arrow button' located adjacent to the Print button.
