Schedule Conflicts will occur if a member is booked on overlapping shifts, scheduled during unavailable time, scheduled for overtime or if that shift is violating any other set rules. Shifts that are creating any conflict carry a ‘Warning Sign’ in red. Placing your mouse cursor on top of it will show the reason of conflict.
Some of the possible conflict reason:
- Shift does not have a break/gap before the next one starts.
- The shift is scheduled for more than the 'Maximum days in row' set in 'Schedule' settings.
- The shift is scheduled for more than the 'Daily' working hours set in 'Schedule > Overtime Settings'
- The shift is scheduled for more than the 'Weekly' working hours set in the 'Schedule > Overtime Settings':
