Schedule Conflicts will occur if a member is booked on overlapping shifts, scheduled during unavailable time, scheduled for overtime or if that shift is violating any other set rules. Shifts that are creating any conflict carry a ‘Warning Sign’ in red. Placing your mouse cursor on top of it will show the reason of conflict.

Some of the possible conflict reason:

  1. Shift does not have a break/gap before the next one starts.
  2. The shift is scheduled for more than the 'Maximum days in row' set in 'Schedule' settings.
  3. The shift is scheduled for more than the 'Daily' working hours set in 'Schedule > Overtime Settings'
  4. The shift is scheduled for more than the 'Weekly' working hours set in the 'Schedule > Overtime Settings':

List of all the conflicts will be shown. These conflicts will help in making final adjustments in the schedule before publishing it.
