The Workplace tab takes you to the Workplace Overview page which will list the employees in Gallery / List mode. You are able to change the mode by clicking on the respective icons on the top right of the page:

From the left menu you are able to filter the staff view per location & position or you may switch to Workplace staff overview. 

Click on the 'Locations & Position' button next to the 'Workplace Overview' button to access the Locations & Positions section.

Click the 'Drop Down menu' from the Top left side of the page to access the following:

1.Import Tools

2.Fast Assignment 

3.Event log.

You are also able to add a new employee from the 'Workplace' tab by clicking the 'Add Employee' button.
