Troubleshooting for 'Schedule Views'

Objective

The objective of this tutorial is to show you how you can ask your Manager or resolve the possible issues you could face with schedule views.


Overview

If you are having trouble with Schedule Views, follow the steps in this article to troubleshoot and resolve the issue.


Things to know before you begin:

  1. You must have a manager or admin access privileges to perform some troubleshooting steps in this article.
  2. If you have Supervisor, Scheduler or an Employee level access, you’ll have to ask for help from your Manager when you get to those steps.


“Not able to view shifts for future dates”


Possible Cause: Related settings are disabled by Manager under Settings Module > ShiftPlanning tab > Advanced >  Employees can view shifts in advance from the current date
Solution: Ask your Manager to enable the setting as shown in Image 1 to give you the access to view shifts in advance from the current date.

“Not able to view position view”


Possible Cause: Related settings are disabled by Manager under Settings Module > ShiftPlanning tab > Frequently Used:
  1. Employees can view all schedules
  2. Employees can see shifts assigned to the staff of the same position
Solution: Ask your Manager to enable the setting as shown in Image 2 to give you the access of position view.
