Staff Availability in Schedule

With this new availability feature, managers can view the availability on ShiftPlanning calendar while creating shifts in Employee view. This feature enables automatically if you are creating the shifts in Day or Week view.

Week View

In the week view, If an employee updates his unavailability for a full/partial day, it will be visible right away to managers on the calendar so they will avoid that timeline to create the shift.

Day View

In the day view, the employee unavailability will show up as a grey shaded area on a specific day.
