Setting up Availability On Mobile - Android

Login to your mobile app and tap on the three horizontal lines at the top left corner and go to Availability.

Once you are within the "Availability" module, it will prompt you to setup either weekly or future availability.

Setting up Weekly Availability

Tap on the pencil icon on the day you want to edit.

In the edit window, it will give you an option to add time.

The very first clock that will appear for you to select the time represents the start time of your unavailability.

After selecting the start time click ok, another clock will appear where you need to select the end time of your unavailability.

Now, you should be able to review your availability. Click on Save and it will go to your management for approval.

In the availability module, you can review your changes.

Repeat the process for the next days, and you may submit your availability to your management.

Setting Up Future Availability

To setup future availability toggle to the tab of Future within the availability module and click on the yellow add button at the bottom right.

Once done it will ask you to add the date and time.

You may add the date and the time by selecting time and date.

Once done it will bring you to a page where you can review the unavailability that you have submitted. Now click on save and submit the change for management approval.
