Weekly Availability: For setting up the weekly availability please go to your Profile from the tab staff and click Availability.

The pinkish color indicates 'Un-Available' and green indicates 'Available'. If the 'Availability Approval' feature is on, you will see 'Approved Availability' and the option 'Click Here to Edit'.
