Filtering by 'My Schedule'

Objective

The objective of this tutorial is to help you view your entire schedule by narrowing your schedule down to the shifts you want to see using ‘My Schedule Filter.’


Overview

'My Schedule' is the default view when employees go the ShiftPlanning tab to display their shifts only. Make sure you navigate to the appropriate dates to view your upcoming/past shifts.


Things to know before you begin:

  1. You must have a manager/admin or supervisor access privileges in Humanity to view all the filters under the schedule view filter panel.
  2. The left filter bar has a mini-calendar for quick navigation to any week or a specific day. 
  3. You can navigate the schedule to different dates by clicking the arrows found at top mid of the app.
  4. You can navigate the schedule to different views with help of the icons listed on the right-hand side.


‘My Schedule’ Filter


'My Schedule' is the default view to display their shifts only. ‘Position view’ is not visible under ‘My Schedule.’

Step 1: Click ‘ShiftPlanning’ tab from the top panel as shown in Image 1.

Step 2: Click ‘My Schedule’ filter from the left side of the filter panel as shown in Image 2.

Note: You may also select Primary location's position and Additional Locations to filter down the schedule by an individual or multiple locations and positions.
