With the 'Digital Signature' feature users can actually sign off on topics.
Go to the tab -> 'Training' -> Edit the topic by clicking Edit option from the top right - > Show Advanced Options under the content box and then turn the 'Digital Signature' option on. Click ‘Save Changes’ and you are staff will now be able to digitally sign these topics.
Assignees will see ‘Sign here’ box. Sign it and click ‘Submit Signature’.
Note that the 'Digital Signature’ feature does not work with Homework option.
