The objective of this tutorial is to help you understand how to add a title to a shift.

You can add a title to a shift if you want your staff to view an important message or note on top of the shift prominently once your staff view their schedule.
Note: It is optional for you to add a title to the shift according to your requirements.

Things to know before you begin:

  1. You must have a manager/admin, supervisor and scheduler access privileges to add a title to the created shift.
  2. You can navigate the schedule to different dates by clicking the arrows found at top mid of the app.
