Go to the tab 'Settings' -> and under 'Account' -> 'Time Clock Settings', managers can set the different settings available.
Humanity's time clocking comes as a complimentary but fully integrated feature to our scheduling and workforce management features. We offer location-specific time clock 'Terminals' in addition to In-App online 'Time Clock' module. Within the 'Time Clock Settings' 'Managers' can activate and deactivate the 'Time Clock' module, control aspects of the virtual 'Time Clock' and choose to allow imported time sheets.
Employees must use webcam when they clock in & out
Here you can prevent buddy clocking by requiring staff to take a snapshot of themselves when they clock in and out; otherwise, they will be able to clock in and out without a webcam.
Require GPS data when clock in & out
With this option selected the time clock will grab the user's browser GPS information upon clock-in and out and will display the corresponding map along with the time sheet information.
Enable pre-clock in option
Allows staff to notify you that they left their home and are on the way to the job. This is extremely popular for critical services such nurses and emergency related industries.
Pre-clock in is required before clock in
Here you will make 'Pre-clock in' mandatory before the clock in. Now, staff will only see the "I'm on my way" button and once they click it they will then see the 'Clock In' button.
Employees can upload Time Sheets
Check this option if you want to allow staff to import time sheets with multiple clocked times. If this is unchecked they will not be able to upload time sheets.
Employees can edit time clocks
Turn on or off the ability for employees to edittheirtimesheets.
Employees can manually add time clocks
Allow staff to manually add clock times at any time, otherwise, they're restricted to real-time punching in and out.
Check this option if you want your staff to be able to log in only from specified 'Locations'. If this option is unchecked they can log in from anywhere.
Round time clock totals to nearest
Here you can round the time clock totals. This is for use in reporting and is only applied to the final total and not to individual clock times. This applies to the following reports - the Confirmed Time Sheets Report, the Time Sheet Summary Report and the Time Sheets Report.
Round Clock In times up to the nearest
Here you can encourage better staff clock behavior by automatically rounding their clock-in times 'forward' to the nearest interval.
Round Clock Out times down to nearest
Here you can encourage better staff clock behavior by automatically rounding their clock-out times 'back' to the nearest interval.
Allow clock-in only within X of the start of a shift
Here they can only clock-in, plus or minus X minutes, inside this time frame. For example, if set at 5 minutes and the shift starts at 8:00 am then your staff will only be able to clock-in from 7:55 am to 8:05 am.
Allow clock-out only within X of the end of a shift
Here they can only clock-out, plus or minus X minutes, inside this time frame. For example, if set at 5 minutes and the shift ends at 4:00 pm then your staff will only be able to clock-out from 3:55 pm to 4:05 pm.
Enable Break Button
Here you can turn on or offthebreak button. If you have paid break times set up on a 'Position' and a staff member goes over that time with the break button then the extra time will be deducted from their time sheet.
