Edit Details

As a manager, you can edit staff profile details, and can also allow your staff to edit their profile details (enable the option from Staff Settings 'Employees can edit their profile')

Key fields are:

  • Image where you can upload employee's image file

  • First and Last name

  • Email address to which activation email, as well as event notifications, are sent

  • Language if you prefer a different language for your profile only.

  • Employee ID is handy when data integration is required. e.g. Payroll integration where EID can be added in this field

  • Mobile Phone where you want to receive text notifications. See the employee tutorial Text Message Phone Confirmation

  • Hourly wage is the default pay rate that only managers can see and edit. Go to Payroll option on top for adding Multiple Wage rates per position

  • Start Date is the date employee started to work for your company. Employees can be sorted by the 'Start Date' in Vacation Requests, the Shift Edit window, Availability/Unavailability Report. Click the Human Icon showing at the top right of the shift edit window in order to sort the available staff by Start date.
